We are delighted to introduce our proprietary PHASTbloc® weighing technology (currently available in our 520 balance range) to our latest moisture analyzer. Combining the benefits of a monolithic weighing cell and a conventional weighing cell, PHASTbloc brings you more accurate results than the conventional weighing cell, whilst being easily repairable and more sustainable than monolithic cells.

PBM 60 / 60-HR / 66 Models

High-end instruments for customers using a set or standard methods or workflows. These moisture analyzers are robust, provide a high degree of precision and are simple to operate. Based on the latest 520 balance Series featuring the PHASTbloc™ technology the 530 Series is ideal for critical sample material e.g. with very low moisture content.

These moisture analyzers are sturdy and perfectly suited to laboratory and production environments. Air lifting effects have been minimised by our experts to ensure maximum performance, even samples with very low moisture content (e.g. polymers) may be analysed efficiently with the highest precision and accuracy. With three different heating programs (standard, boost or smooth drying) you can be sure that you have the widest range of analysis options at your disposal. With a capacity of up to 220 g and a readability of up to 0.1 mg the PBM 60 / 60-HR / 66 models can operate in a temperature range of 50 – 230°C with storage and recall for up to 30 methods.

PBM 50

Reliable units for customers with limited number of methods. The PBM 50 is robust, provides a high degree of precision and is simple to operate, in the same way as predecessor models. This model has a weighing range up to 52 g, a readability of up to 1 mg and a temperature range up to 170 °C.
